• We deliver orders over 45€ without shipping costs. So for free. (excluding campaigns)
• For orders under 45€, we charge a delivery fee of €4.90.

• At checkout, you can choose delivery to your desired pick-up point or machine.
• You can find the tracking code in the shipping confirmation, which will be sent to your email when the order is on its way. Clicking on the tracking code will take you to the shipping company's tracking page.
• You will receive a text message to the number you provided when your shipment can be picked up at the pick-up point or vending machine of your choice.

• When ordering from the online store, you get to know the products using the product image and product description.

• Products ordered from the online store are delivered to the address you choose. Delivery time for orders is in Finland 1-3 business days. EU delivery time is 2-6 weekdays. 

• If the customer leaves the order ordered for pick-up without picking it up, TOISTOI reserves the right to charge the customer the actual costs of shipping the shipment (1 x delivery to the pick-up point + 1 x return to the warehouse). The costs are at least €12 (incl. VAT). If the customer wants the uncollected products to be delivered to him again, the customer can place a new order for the products in our online store.

Terms of payment

• Payment service provider Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the implementation and payment service provider of the payment mediation service in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license.
